Tiamat is trash because it is subpar to the other builds. The key to winning this lane is respecting him when your W is down, and being very careful with auto attack csing. This works consistently in plat and lower elo, you basically trick them into using their wall by jumping on them, most yasuo's will panic and just windwall. When his windwall disappears you ult him ignite + 2 shurikens + auto passive and he's dead. You pop his shield, usually bait windwall and start dps'ing on him with your e and auto. Then at 6 what I like to do is have him poked to around 70-80% health, and just W+E+W+auto onto him. when your W is down you might have to give up some cs but it's no big deal. If he fails his windwalls or takes a bad trade this can swing heavily in your favour. Then 3-5 q his shield down and go for w+e+q combos, he will windwall 1 q most of the times but it will still chunk him a little. If he doesn't go for trades you can just q farm. Let HIM take minion aggro for trying trades, so play a bit back. Just q poke at level 1, get e at level 2 and do a q+e+auto combo if he dashes onto you, then play around ur own minions and you outdamage him.
